Shipping and Return Policy

SHIPPING
Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing and shipping. All orders are personally made to order which results in a longer processing time.

USPS Priority Shipping takes 1-3 business days within the US and 7-21 days for International (outside the US and it's contiguous territories). 

International shipping rates vary depending on the weight/amount of candles being purchased. Notice that shipping rates will change depending on how many products are added to your cart. The more products being purchased will result in a lower average for each product.

ORDERING
Upon ordering, you are agreeing to my terms and conditions and have thoroughly read through the Shipping/Returns/Policies page. I am not responsible for incorrect input of personal information (address, payment method, credit card info, name, email, etc.).

REFUNDS
 + EXCHANGES
All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 48 hours of delivery.

We do not currently accept exchanges.

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. In order to get a refund for your package please take these steps to take care of the issue. Contact your local post office to see if the package is on hold. If the post office does not have your package please allow 24-48 hours after the delivery date since usps may have updated the delivery time early. Contact us at support@bobawicks.com if the package is still lost and we may help you file a claim to USPS.
